Latchmite Tick
Habitat Log
Clinging seed burrs and shadowy grass near mammal trails.
Field Notes
Latchmite Tick is a Scarce Specimen Tick recorded from Burrcap Thickets, with field traces most often reported around Tall clingy grass. Inspired by Ticks, this specimen carries the Grand Cosmic Mycelial Network signature: familiar biology refracted through a stranger, brighter branch of reality. Its defining behavior, Anchor Latch, makes it more than a collectible image. It is a tiny living file from the Infinite Myco-Verses, part science note, part myth fragment, and part blacklight field encounter waiting to be cataloged.
Collector Note
Scarce and proof that patience can be deeply annoying.
