Banded Water Rootsnake
Habitat Log
Banded shadow water around submerged logs and spore-slick stones.
Field Notes
Banded Water Rootsnake is a Scarce Specimen Water Snake recorded from Ribbonwater Cypress Vault, with field traces most often reported around Cypress knees, pond edges, wet root tunnels. Inspired by Banded Water Snake / Nerodia fasciata, this specimen carries the Grand Cosmic Mycelial Network signature: familiar biology refracted through a stranger, brighter branch of reality. Its defining behavior, Ribbonwater Strike, makes it more than a collectible image. It is a tiny living file from the Infinite Myco-Verses, part science note, part myth fragment, and part blacklight field encounter waiting to be cataloged.
Collector Note
Scarce, misunderstood, and absolutely tired of being mistaken for someone venomous.
