Clone Lab

Use the Clone Lab to attempt a new echo from one of your owned Vault-Specimens. Cloning uses Spore Dust and Incubator Credits, and every attempt carries risk: the chamber may stabilize a clone or the signal may collapse before a new specimen forms.

How Cloning Works

The Clone Lab attempts to read a specimen’s signal, spend the required resources, and stabilize a new echo. The chamber can succeed, fail, or create a result with unstable traits when that system is active.

3Run the replication attempt.The chamber tries to stabilize a new echo from the selected specimen line.
4Review the result.A successful clone joins your collection. A collapsed signal does not produce a new specimen.

Clone attempts use multiple resources to keep the MycoDex ecosystem balanced and make each successful echo feel earned.

Spore Dust Incubator Credits Rarity Scaling
Spore DustThe main replication fuel. Higher-value specimens may require more Dust before the chamber can attempt an echo.
Incubator CreditsCredits help power the stabilization chamber and are required for clone attempts.
Eligibility ChecksIf a specimen cannot be cloned or resources are missing, the console will prevent the attempt until the requirements are met.
Before you clone: Make sure you are comfortable spending the listed resources. A failed attempt may still consume the chamber cost.

Possible Outcomes

Clone attempts are not perfect photocopies. The chamber works with living signal data, so each attempt carries a little laboratory thunder in the wires.
