System Laws

By activating a Myco-EMP Flex Plan, you enter a binding reservation agreement with The Mushroom Network, LLC. These System Laws ensure fairness, protect all Myco-Patrons, and maintain the integrity of living and reserved items across the Myco-EMP network.

1. Claim Activation
A claim becomes active once a payment is made. The selected item is immediately removed from public availability and reserved exclusively under your Myco-EMP Plan.
2. Payment Responsibility
You agree to complete the full balance within your selected timeframe. Payments may be made at any time and in any amount, but the final deadline remains fixed unless extended by Myco-EMP.
3. Reservation & Care Fees
Weekly fees apply to maintain your claim:

• Live Specimens: $5 per specimen, per week
• Non-Living Items: $5 per order, per week (flat rate)

If live specimens are included, only live specimen fees apply.
4. Care Responsibility
Live specimens require active care, monitoring, and resources while held under reservation. These ongoing responsibilities are reflected in weekly care fees and are essential to maintaining specimen health and viability.
5. Timeline Enforcement
Timeframes are enforced to ensure fairness across all Myco-Patrons. If the balance is not completed by the deadline, the plan enters a 14-day Grace Period.
6. Grace Period
During the Grace Period, your claim remains active and payments may still be completed. If unpaid after this period, the agreement is considered defaulted.
7. Default & Reallocation
If a plan defaults, the reserved item is released back into the Myco-EMP network and may be claimed by another party without further notice.
8. Payments, Credit & Eligibility
All payments made toward a Myco-EMP Flex Plan are non-refundable.

Any conversion of payments into store credit is not guaranteed and is handled solely at the discretion of Myco-EMP / The Mushroom Network, LLC.

Certain items are not eligible for store credit conversion under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
• Custom Creations
• Special Orders
• Custom Myco-Habitats

If a Myco-Patron wishes to request a credit review, they must communicate directly with Myco-EMP prior to cancellation or default.
9. Cancellation & Communication
A Myco-EMP Flex Plan may be cancelled at any time; however, cancellation does not guarantee refunds, credits, or recovery of prior payments.

Upon cancellation or default, the reserved item is released and all prior payments remain subject to Myco-EMP’s discretion, eligibility conditions, and applied care, reservation, and service costs.

Failure to communicate prior to cancellation or default may result in full forfeiture of all payments.
10. Ownership
All items remain the property of Myco-EMP until paid in full. Ownership transfers only upon full completion of the agreement.
11. Agreement Integrity
This system is a reservation-based agreement, not financing or lending. By activating a plan, you confirm full understanding and acceptance of all System Laws.
Myco-EMP Flex Plan Questions
What happens when I activate the Flex Plan?
Your claim is immediately secured and removed from public availability. If the item is a live specimen, it enters active care and monitoring. Your selected claim window begins at the moment your first payment is placed.
How flexible are the payments really?
You control the pace. Payments can be made at any time and in any amount. There are no fixed installments — only the requirement that the balance is completed within your selected claim window.
What fees apply while my item is being held?
Weekly reservation and care fees apply while your claim is active:

• Live specimens: $5 per specimen, per week
• Non-living items: $5 per order, per week

These reflect the ongoing care, space, and resources required to maintain your claim.
What if I don’t finish in time?
If your claim window expires, a 14-day grace period begins. During this time, you can still complete your balance.

If not completed, the claim is released and the item returns to the Myco-EMP network.
What happens if a live specimen dies while in Myco-EMP care?
Live specimens are actively cared for, but as living organisms, natural loss can occur.

If a specimen passes while under Myco-EMP care, the Myco-Patron is given structured resolution options:

Refund Option: A refund may be issued minus accumulated $5 weekly care fees
Store Credit: Convert value into Myco-EMP credit for future claims
Replacement Specimen: Most Myco-Patrons choose a replacement of equal or lesser value

If selecting a higher-value specimen, the remaining balance may be:
• Paid normally
• Reduced or partially waived
• Fully waived in rare cases

All adjustments, upgrades, and final outcomes remain at the sole discretion of Myco-EMP, ensuring fairness across the network.
Can I cancel my Flex Plan?
Yes, but cancellation releases your claim and does not guarantee refunds or credit.

Some items — including custom creations, special orders, and Myco-Habitats — are not eligible for credit conversion.

If you are considering cancellation, you should communicate with Myco-EMP beforehand to explore available options.
Are payments ever refunded or converted to credit?
Payments are non-refundable.

Any credit consideration is not guaranteed and is determined solely by Myco-EMP based on item type, timing, and care costs.

Lack of communication prior to cancellation or default may result in full forfeiture.

🧬 1. Agreement Overview

By activating the MYCO-EMP FLEX PLAN™, you (“Myco-Patron”) enter a reservation-based agreement with Myco-Emporium (“Myco-EMP”).

Reserved items may include:

  • Live specimens
  • Preserved specimens
  • Custom habitats
  • Handmade items
  • Botanical or fungal materials
  • Artifacts, curiosities, or bundled collections

All items are referred to as “Reserved Items” and remain property of Myco-EMP until paid in full.

💰 2. Payment Structure

  • Activation begins with your first payment
  • Payments may be made at any time, in any amount
  • No fixed schedule unless explicitly stated
  • Full balance must be completed within the selected claim window

⏳ 3. Grace Period

A 14-day Grace Period applies after the deadline.

  • Claim remains active
  • Payments may still be completed
  • Reserved Items continue to be held

If unpaid after this period, the agreement becomes Defaulted.

  • Reservation is terminated
  • All payments are non-refundable
💳 Credit & Payment Handling

Store credit is not guaranteed and is determined solely at the discretion of Myco-EMP.

  • Care, reservation, and service costs are always deducted
  • Custom items, special orders, and Myco-Habitats are not eligible
  • Failure to communicate may result in full forfeiture

🧬 5. Reservation & Care Fee

A Non-Refundable Weekly Fee applies:

  • $5 per live specimen, per week
  • $5 per order for non-living items (flat rate)
  • If live specimens are included, only specimen fees apply
  • Each week or partial week is charged in full

These fees cover care, monitoring, storage, and reservation handling.

🔒 6. Custom & Commissioned Items

Includes custom builds, sourcing, and modified items.

  • Non-cancelable once production begins
  • Material and labor costs are non-reversible
  • Not eligible for credit or refund

🧪 7. Specimen Resolution Policy

If a live specimen passes while in Myco-EMP care, the Myco-Patron is provided structured resolution options:

  • Refund (minus accumulated weekly care fees)
  • Store credit (not guaranteed, subject to discretion)
  • Replacement specimen (equal or lesser value)

If upgrading to a higher-value specimen, the remaining balance may be required, reduced, or waived at the sole discretion of Myco-EMP.

All outcomes are determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and system integrity.

  • Release may be refused if terms are not satisfied
