Access Permission Agreement

We take property access and landowner trust seriously. This program is built around clear boundaries, transparency, and minimal impact on your land.

By submitting your information on this page, you grant Myco-Emporium supervised permission to enter the described property for the limited purpose of visual wildlife and entomology surveys. All exploration is focused on naturally occurring critters and microhabitats such as logs, leaf litter, shrubs, and outdoor structures.

No buildings or interior spaces are entered. No excavation, heavy disturbance, or chemical use will occur. Any temporary handling of specimens is performed with care and respect, and all activities are conducted in a manner consistent with ethical field practices.

You retain full control over access: you may specify areas that are off-limits, request that visits be supervised, or revoke permission at any time. Our visits can be logged and photographed for your records upon request.

This agreement is intended as a clear understanding between you and Myco-Emporium. It does not replace any formal legal contract you may choose to create, but it guides how we operate on your land: with respect, care, and appreciation.
