Live Plants & Natural Variability

All live plants, aquatic plants, mosses, and nursery products are living systems. Nature does not do clones — variation is inherent and expected.

Size, coloration, growth rate, and appearance may differ.
Survival after delivery or pickup cannot be guaranteed.
Environmental conditions, handling, and care are beyond our control.

Live Specimens (Myco-Pets & Living Critters)

Live specimens are not toys or decorative objects — they are living animals with instincts, defenses, and individual temperaments.

Depending on species, specimens may bite, pinch, scratch, sting, jump, flee, or defend themselves when stressed or threatened.
All handling carries inherent risk, including allergic reactions or injury.
It is your responsibility to research species-specific care, housing, diet, and handling before adoption.
No release into the wild — ever. Releasing captive-bred specimens is dangerous, illegal in many cases, and harmful to ecosystems.
You accept full responsibility for proper containment, humane care, and lawful ownership.

      By purchasing or adopting live specimens, you acknowledge and accept all
      risks associated with handling living animals and agree to act as a
      responsible Myco-Guardian.
    

Shipping, Pickup & Geographic Availability

Certain live plants and live specimens are offered exclusively for Florida-only distribution and are intended for local pickup or in-person booth sales.

Live shipments, when offered, are subject to safe weather windows and availability. Someone must be present to receive live shipments on the first delivery attempt.

      Orders placed outside eligible regions may be canceled and fully refunded
      if fulfillment is not legally or logistically permitted.
    

Compliance & Responsible Purchasing

Our operations follow applicable agricultural, wildlife, and ecosystem protection requirements. Availability may change as compliance standards evolve.

Customers are responsible for understanding local, state, and federal laws.
We do not provide legal advice regarding ownership, transport, or species legality.

Orders, Refunds & Adjustments

Orders may be delayed, adjusted, or canceled due to stock, weather, compliance, or logistical limitations. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable.
